Personal Data Protection Notice (KVKK)
At ujans dijital we care about the security of your personal data. This notice explains, under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), which personal data ujans dijital processes as data controller, for which purposes and how.

2. Personal data we process
- Identity and contact data: name, company name, phone number, email address.
- Request data: messages and project details you send via contact and quote forms.
- Customer transaction data: records of quotes, contracts, orders, installation and support.
- Security data: technical logs such as IP address, browser information and visit times.
3. Purposes
- Answering your requests and questions and preparing quotes.
- Providing our products and services, including installation, training and technical support.
- Fulfilling contractual and legal obligations.
- Keeping the website secure and preventing misuse.
- Informing you about our products and services, where you have given consent.
4. Legal grounds and collection
We collect personal data through the forms on our website, email, phone and in-person meetings, partly by automated means.
We process it on the grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK: performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, our legitimate interests and, where required, your explicit consent.
5. Transfers
Within the purposes above, personal data may be shared with our hosting and infrastructure providers, business partners and authorised public bodies. Where providers operate servers abroad, transfers are made in line with Article 9 of the KVKK.
6. Retention
We keep personal data for as long as the purpose requires and for the limitation periods set by law, then delete, destroy or anonymise it.
7. Cookies
Our website only uses cookies that are needed for it to work: one that remembers your language and a session cookie for the admin panel. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies; if this changes, we will update this notice and ask for your consent.
8. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may ask us:
- whether your personal data is processed and for information about it,
- for the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly,
- which third parties in Türkiye or abroad it has been shared with,
- to correct incomplete or inaccurate data, or delete or destroy it where the conditions are met, and to inform recipients of this,
- to object to a decision against you based solely on automated processing,
- for compensation if you suffer damage from unlawful processing.
